Hi folks,

This morning's FBG: 76 mg/dl!?! Quite remarkable compared to my average 108
mg/dl in the recordbooks. Out of the blue, again.

Breakfast was 1/4 cup egg whites scrambled in 2 tablespoons of safflower
oil, finished with 3 tablespoons of basil pesto and 2 slices of WGWW toast
with two teaspoons of Benecol (fake butter).

1 hr. pp: 104 mg/dl
2 hr. pp: 97 mg/dl

I retraced yesterday's diet and nothing out of the ordinary.

Something must've switched on. Go figure!

Baked garlic/basil cod for lunch.

TGIF!

Best,

Andy

Do YOU like basil? I'm dastardly good with basil in the kitchen and
elsewhere.
