Posting only to ASD, I'm a newbie to ASD, although not at all to Usenet &
other places online, as well as a relatively newly diagnosed T2 diabetic,
and I find this NG particularly hard to fathom, even discouragingly so, but,
... believe me, it's entirely possible for people to be bipolar & not be
delusional - as well as not be trolls! Maybe I misunderstood but it sounds
like a real slam against bipolars, which is hardly needed or justified.
Is there some reason that the age-old maxim of not feeding or teasing the
trolls is not of use here?
As a newcomer, I can tell you, it's hard enough trying to figure out the
spam & the trolls much less that they engender so many posts that quote
them. Is there anything like a canonical list of authors or keywords to
filter out?
Thanks.

OK, you can include the ASCII art. I think it is brilliant.
Each time I attempt to cut and paste it doesn't come out true.
I suspect you may have it in a "proportional" font. The standard for
ASCII art and maths equations for that matter is "fixed" font.
This can't be the whole answer since I'm able to view your original
perfectly.
Many thanks Alan for the reminder to get you book posted.
The getting things done department took a dive locally when my editor
tripped on broken pavement and tore off a finger nail on her right
hand. I'll get onto it this week.
Best wishes on a happily extended holiday. <grin>

Thanks. No rush on the book because it won't arrive before I
depart. I'll see Nicky's copy before I see mine:-)

I have to admit I stole both of them from past posts.
