Another first...

I FBG at 98 and then after after breakfast my BG was in the 70s mg/dl.

I found I was not paying attention on the road like I do. I've never had a
70-80 mg/dl reading and got worried.

Being hyperglycemic type II this came as quite a surprise. Maybe the nordic
trak exercise, the boca burger on lettuce breakfast, I dunno. It came as a
shock in more ways than one.

I'm putting a pack of SweetTarts in my "diabetikit."

I'm feeling normal now, on MY scale anyway. I'm still under 100 mg/dl. But
those 70's as good as it sounds came as quite a surprise and different!

Wish I could interface my diet software with a diabetic software. ??? So I
could let the computer generate graphs of foods and numbers though the day.
I've got too much to well... do besides worry all the time, recently.

Test, test, test.

Best,

Andy

P.S. Not on diabetes meds. --A

P.P.S. When you mention medicines, could you explain what they help? --A

Which ones? Metformin and other insulin sensitizers help your body use the
insulin to which type 2's have become resistant. There are others which
stimulate your pancreas to produce more insulin.
