Kurt you have said the words" mob groupspeak" like 8 times now...must be that word of the day calendar working for ya. You also know that just because gantlet might be able to eat alot of carbs due to exercise and genetics other in fact many cant. Can you eat what he does and stop taking insulin? Why not? Ahhh..because you are a type one and that wouldnt work for YOU. Yet you and he have a issue with people doing and recomending what workd for THEM and recomending people find what works for THEM. So yeah thats rather trollish. However if I bothered with the trolls they would make it look like it was me. Hard to do when I ignore them. the only way to beat them is to ignore them. To be honest with you Kurt, in the begining before I was able to do real exercise. Simply taking a few walks a few times a day, every day was all that was needed. Building up to real exercise has longer lasting effects.
