Stomach pain with hypo

So now I've got a new symptom.  Figured I was having a hypo because I began
feeling super hungry, craving sugar,, and lightheaded and shaky.  But I also
felt like if I got up from my chair to go find my purse and then fish out my
meter, I might collapse on the floor.  So I sat there for a good 15 minutes
or so, trying to figure out what to do.  I know I should have just told my
daughter to get my purse but I obviously wasn't thinking straight.

Then the pain began.  A searing, stabbing pain deep in my stomach.  Eyow!
And it's still there somewhat even after eating some Swedish Fish.  Grrr...

Anyone else ever have this symptom?

And now I know that meal I had at Wendy's isn't enough carbs for me for
dinner.  Lunch maybe, but not dinner.

The Wendy's chili probably caused the stomach ache.
Next time get the hot sauce -- it neutralizes the stomach acid.

I don't think so.  I eat chili a lot.  Not at Wendy's mind you, but I rarely
have stomach pain.  It's gone now, but I have a headache.  Gah!

what an awful experience Julie,  I hope you are feeling better,  I never
heard of the stabbing pains in the stomach,  I only get stabbing pains
in the heart. lol
I best amend that and say emotional pains of the heart

That's over but now the ear ache is back.  Had it two days ago.  Went away
yesterday and now back today.  It's always something.

Yes, I've had it all week, due to being in a steep adrenal low.  It was
the first symptom I felt last summer during acute adrenal lows when I
felt like fainting.

You reminded me, before my tumor was removed I used to get pains on my right
side all the time...I kept on thinking liver..but then realized it was
probably my Gall Bladder...the pain was awful and my Dr would tell me to
take Ibuprofen(No allergies to it then)  and the pain would go away in an
hour. Since the surgery I have stopped having those pains..I keep on
wondering, when the surgeon pulled everything out to get to the adrenal
gland, if maybe I had stones and he pushed them out or something..LOL. Maybe
the adrenal tumor had something to do with it..don't know but have no more
pain. I do have gallstones now  they found them when  they were doing a
pelvic Ultra Sound..well they were making sure there was no damage from me
having to hold urine so long...they do that after you empty your bladder
right before the vaginal probe. Never had the stomach pains though.

These pains were in the center, like the bottom of my stomach.

I know I don't have gallstones.  I had an ultrasound.

Sometimes disentangling cause from effect is hard.

I've had tummy troubles and hypos at the same time, and I always
figured that the tummy troubles caused the food to not be absorbed its
usual way, resulting in the hypo. Of course it could've been the other
way around.

Did you ever get to check your bg? Sometimes when I'm really tired, or
really sick, I can feel like I'm hypo but I'm not.

It was 70 when I checked it.
