This major medical plan is similar to the plans you would get if you got a
job with a big
company.  Your employer cannot discriminate against you for health issues.
Neither does this one.

So far it is available in ALL.

It is pretty simple to understand.

$5000 calendar yr deduct per person with a maximum of 3
Then it pays 100% up to 2 million $ per person

Dr visits and RX not subject to deductible.

$25 Dr. visit copay
$15/30 RX copay for generic/name brand

Rates are based on age and number of people in family and zip code.
