Sometimes I wonder if I take too many pills.

Doctor told me to take:

Lyrica
Actos
Doxazosin
One A Day Multivitamin
B1
Folic Acid

I took it upon myself to add:

Alpha Lipoic Acid
Acetyl L-Carnitine
Evening Primrose Oil
Omega 3 Fish Oil

My pee smells funny.

I take more than you.  A whole handful of them morning and night.  None with
lunch.  Not that I eat lunch too often.  And a few with dinner.

I recently read where the Alpha Lipoic Acid causes sulphur to be excreted in
the urine. I think it smells garlicky.. Yes, I'm doing the ALA/EPO/C
cocktail.

It is only when folks eat less, down to the optimal amount, thereby
becoming healthier (hungrier) as they lose the bad "inside" fat
(visceral adipose tissue) that we start to see a decreasing need for
medications:

I take the following
\
centra silver
acidolphilus
b6
