What did you overdo it with? I hope it was tasty, at least.
If I had a choice, I'd overdo it with a HUGE CHOCOLATE SHAKE.

I'm not a psychiatrist, but I play one on USENET, so...
Tell me, what makes you blue? Besides holding your breath, I mean.
Also, what are these real tasty, sugar spiking foods of which you speak, and where can I get some?

Go to Sam's club, get a cake that has delicious buttercream icing. When you get home, cut a great big slab of that goodie and just close your eyes and savour each bite. I may have to go out and get me one of those devils.

Loretta Eisenberg - 02 Aug 2007 13:46 GMT Wing, I get the impression that you are so depressed, you want to die. I hope I am wrong. Everyone goes off the wagon occasionally, If they say no, I think they are fibbing
You were smart to test at one hour. most of us dont know what is happening at the one hour mark. I dont generally test at one hour unless I have done something stupid.

I was very pleased with the 2 hour though. My doc only wants to know about the 2 hour and morning numbers. My morning number today was 91.

Tim Shoppa - 02 Aug 2007 15:27 GMT > Overdid it tonight. Wierd...1 hour pp: 190, 2 hr. pp:97. Oh well, I > knocked a week off my life with that incursion. If hitting 190 knocked a week off my life every time it was there for an hour, I would've been dead 20 years ago!
I'm not saying that bg control isn't important, but if I start worrying about every single "bad" (by my, or your, or somebody else's) number then I wouldn't have time to do anything at all. And I've been in such a state of worry/depression several times in the past. It's not fun!
Tim.
