I try very hard to eat the right things, eat the right amounts and so on.
I've been doing very well with it, too. I'm proud of how I've managed to
gain control of my diabetes and have been such a good boy about it. I am a
fine example of how a type 2, who is not too far advanced, can take the bull
by the horn and tame the beast. Yes, that smell from the kitchen is a
DiGiorno Ultamate Deluxe 4 meat pizza. Screw it, I'm hungry.

The fat and grease kept you from obsorbing the carbs.
Keep checking it at hour two and 3...hopefuly your natural system can
compensate so you have no problems.
I have made a couple thin crust pizzas since dx with no spike...i didnt eat
a whole one tho..lol..yer gonna be sick...heh

Pizza often has a delayed effect, because of all the fat it contains.
Some call it the "pizza effect"....

Oh Johnnie, Oh Johnnie, what did you do. lol how did it affect your

hours. Maybe it was a small pizza. I never had a pizza that wasnt made
in a pizzeria Is frozen pizza good

Your beast may be becoming more docile, John, but if you keep feeding
it like that, you're gonna have to take it out for a walk, or it will
sh.t all over you.... ;-)
