It's a bit hard to comment. Your pre-meal numbers are high
and would tend to indicate diabetes, but your rise after
meals is less than expected for a diabetic.

What sort of menu do you follow, and how long after meals
were you testing?

Note that we cannot diagnose, only a doctor can do that. I
would strongly suggest that you see a doctor for proper
testing. In the meantime, browse through these links for
some ideas:

I am not a doctor, but according to your numbers to me you are a
diabetic.  those numbers are way too high, especially upon wakening than
those that are not diabetic.

Please go see your doctor for an offical diagnosis

Diabetes is diagnosed when you have two consecutive fasting blood glucose
readings over 125 mg/dl.

The fasting blood glucose reading is the first one of the morning before
breakfast. This reading is done at least 8 hours after your last meal--or
beverage with calories.

Your "before breakfast" reading of 147 is troubling.

Make sure you have all your health insurance in good order before you go
to your doctor an dget a diagnosis of diabetes.  It is very difficult and
expensive to get health insurance once diagnoses.  This aplies to being in
he US where we don't have various kinds of universal health coverage.

Your numbers sound diabetic, but not screamingly bad.  If you cach it
early you may welll, with diet, exercise and, possibly, meds be able to
contrl and limit the progresion of the disease.  In  any event, increse
your exercise adn find a lower carbohydrate way of eating adn , if
needed,m loose weight.  All these will help to deal with either
pre=diabetic conditions or outright diabetes.

A stich in time saves nine.

Something is out of whack.  You probably have either diabetes or
pre-diabetes.  Hard to tell without the appropriate tests.

I think you have a problem. Average reading for a healthy non-diabetic is
83+-3 except after a meal very heavy in carbs. Suggest you consult with
your doc ASAP. There is a chance you might be able to control with diet
and exercise alone.
