Just a quicky... was just over to see my father. His wife gave me some
little pudding cups she said she bought "by mistake" (cause they were no
sugar added)

Really tasty though. Hunts Snack Pac Vanilla Pudding (no sugar added) - 8
carbs. A little heavy on the carbs for such small cups but awfully good.

You can get no-sugar-added pudding in various flavors -- I like chocolate
the best but I've also had choc/vanilla, caramel, & plain vanilla. I forget
what brands. They come in 4- or 6-packs. I don't remember if the ones I've
had are 8g carbs or a bit more.

FWIW - the sugar free jello is zero carbs, and not that bad - with a
little canned whipped cream.

John Kozy Shack makes delicious rice pudding, sugar free and low in
carbs, as it does chocolate and vanilla pudding.  Jello also makes sugar
free puddings that are very good.  topped with sugar free cool whip and
I am in heaven.  I really like the rice pudding which has less than ten
carbs.

I've been doing the sugar-free Jello for forever (well, at least 20
years, I think maybe even 25 years).

The sugar-free Jello puddings only have a few carbs over and above
what's in the milk you use.

The sugar-free Jello gelatin has zero.
