It is religous issue

guys@consolidated.net - 30 Jul 2007 09:49 GMT The time when a group of cells becomes a person is a religious issue.
The cost and quiality of health care is a medical issue that is pertinent to diabetes and all other chronic illness.
Todau there is no reason for a mature person to become preganent
So this issue does not belong here especially since it is a Holy mess.
The same laws that will allow certain views to be shoved down the throoat of others could be used to ban a religion. Be careful that we do not build our own jail.
You know there is some chance that mandantory abortion may come about when the population pressures becomes an issue.
Think before you demand others conform to your standard.
It could be said that anytime a girl is fertile and does not get preganent she is kill a potentail "human"
I do NOT take a stand but I am pointing out the volatible nature of this issue and a reason it is wrong to bring it here.
Othe other hand, send me title to your property and I wil bless it. And out of the blue you will get rich :-)
Religion does not belong here.

Yabbut you started a thread about something that is "wrong to bring here", so it goes where it goes. Your above statements do show that you have taken a stand by assessing the blame for pregnancy to women. BTW, I have a book to sell you about the Birds and the Bees, and how people become pregnant, you sexist little thing, you. ;-)

Durng my life I have seen so many that were born in the wrong circumstances. It a close call, but maybe t they would have been better, if they had never been born. Guess they make good slaves or cannon fodder.
I had two children and their developent and education was the highest priority.
Mona had two children and she sent both through college even though her husband died very early.
But I have seen so many that were relewgated to an inferior situation before they wer born.
I bet I knew about the bird and bees at an earlier age than you. I grew up in a rough enviroment. Thst had little effect on tsking unnecessary risk in a moment where the instincts dominated us.

The scene makes it obvious that there is great risk
Shades of the black plague.
I still think that there might be an obvious cause of part of the diabetes problem.

Frank t2 - 01 Aug 2007 22:39 GMT What's gross to ME, is the lightness with which some sectors of the planet will kill other parts of mankind, at the same time as rejecting certain different 'acts of move' between consensual adults, directions of science exploration which could help mankind, giving parity to science and religion in reference to education
So, chamber pots, types of government etc., EXCUSE ME, there is some refocusing to be done ...
Obfuscation intended.

We can dream up some rational society but that is not the way things really work. We are a hodge podge of instincts and lore.
If you dig deep, reasons can be found for most things and why they have happened.
I am damned with a brain that asks so many questions. I do not have many answers.
One example is we protect a single cell but kill a teenage kid in the most horrible way possible.
A few of my friends say we are nothing but jungle bunnies in a costume.
It will never change since most of our behavior in the string of DNA.
Altruism always loses to the killer instinct. The rest follows.
I worked on Atomic tests and these items may solve the whole thing.

>It could be said that anytime a girl is fertile and >does not get preganent she is kill a potentail "human" if you are going to use that kind of demented logic, every time a male has wet dream they are guilty of the same crime. In fact spilling one's seed on the ground is specifically mentioned. But not getting pregnant every time a woman is ovulating is NOT mentioned in religious texts. So your interpretation is not only wrong, but guess which gender is gonna get punished.

>Religion does not belong here. then stop bringing it up and whining about it.
