Just don't get them. My wife gets them for 2 - 3 days at a time. At least she won't die prematurely from that, like I will from diabetes. Diabetes doesnt have to be a killer, You can control it and live a long and healthy life with lifestyle changes. I dont know if you are on any meds, but this attitude which you have had since you joined asd, tells me you are depressed.
