I love my one morning cuppa joe - extra strength. Now I know why I got
plagued by this stupid disease: "4 or more cups of coffee per day may
reduce the risk of T2 diabetes"- 4 cups would certainly reduce my risk
of diabetes - I'd be too busy in the bathroom to have time to eat ;-)
Barbara, who would jitter too hard to be able to type were she to drink
4 cups of coffee....

I'm a huge coffee drinker, even making an espresso at least once a day,
and I still have diabetes. Go figure. :-)
