I pat myself on the back, well done. Since April when I started testing
with glucose of 350 and my first a1c at 9.5 I've come a long way.
I am now below 120 and  many 80's and 90's and my last a1c this month is
6.1 exceeding my goal of 7.0. I've lost 20 lbs with 15 to go, my blood
pressure is down and my cholesterol levels are below normal
unfortunately so is my hdl but I'm working on it. I'm proud of myself.

Claude you have made wonderful progress.  I always say that I have never
been healthier than since I was diagnosed with diabetes.  It forces me
to take better care of myself in all aspects.

Continued success

take a pat on the back from me, too

And so you should be!
How are you working on that HDL -- exercise?
Sometimes that can take a while.
Best wishes.

Nice job! <adds to pats on back>

What's your next target? Are you on meds / insulin, I can't remember?

Nicky.
