What is that cement that won't wash off your frying pan after cooking
Egg BEaters? I now line the pan with aluminum foil before cooking. That
scum is really hard to get off. I hope it don't stick inside the body
like that.

egg whites are like glue. I believe painters used to mix egg white with
pigments to make paints that would last.
Use a new T-fal teflon pan and they won't stick, even without butter. When
it starts to stick, buy another pan. They're cheap.

Cement? I've used egg beaters before and never had that happen.

I cook my Egg Beaters in the microwave. Spray a bowl with a little cooking
spray, put egg beaters in and cover with plastic wrap and nuke for a couple
of minutes. They slide right out of the bowl.

Ah, the cooking spray must be the key then. Years ago I did eggs in the
microwave and always added a piece of butter or splash of oil. I had no
problems with them. I don't buy cooking spray partly because I don't think
it's healthy and partly because it contains soy and my daughter is allergic
to soy. My husband started cooking eggs in the microwave and there was
yellow stuff welded to all my bowls. It was next to impossible to remove!
Soaking and scrubbing didn't help. I finally got some SOS pads. They took
it off but also part of the finish. He refused to put any form of fat in
his eggs. So now I buy him paper bowls and he uses those.
