Now, a new systematic review shows that exercise helps regulate blood
glucose (sugar) levels, increases the body's sensitivity to insulin and
decreases blood lipids (fats) while also helping to burn body fat.

:: That's old news.

There is an inherent danger in viewing research results as "news." This is
something more than just news and understanding the difference is important.

Not really, it's dated July 25th.  And even if it is something people
have read before, it bears repeating over and over and over.
Especially since most of the talk in here is about carbs and carbs and
carbs.

Best,
Kurt

That's because more exercise generally equals more carbs!

In the research community, a "new systematic review" of previous published
works can indeed be a valuable piece of work, in and of itself.  Why do you
think it got published?  It's one thing to do research, it's another thing
to get it published.

and another to simply republish the same things under new names.
