Triple troll alert, How can I force fat wife to lose weight

We are now accepting bets that a well known troll will offer the solution
and it will be "successful" but is more likely one version of the troll
pumping another name for the same troll.

Don't feed the trolls.  This is OT, ie there is NO mention of
diabetes.
