I made Sauce Marsala tonight to go with beef tenderloins.
My 2hr PP was 106 so it seems fairly diabetic-friendly.
It's also delicious and fun to serve with a "flamed at the table" option.

Sounds yummy, however, creamed sauces and I don't get along..  Is there a
substitute for the heavy cream?

Sure, just drop it out of the recipe or try adding a bit of non-fat
powdered milk in with the flour.
