that I am sorry that this illness has bit you so bad ,
but , you might be better off to just read your meter ,
and pass by suggestions offered here ,
as you can see by my previous post replies ,
there was so much support offered ,
and only because I'm doing well by not taking the posted advice ,
it hurts and frustrates them as they try to figure out why ,
they can't control their readings and all they need for good long health ,
is to not do what they say to do ... here
