Has anyone tried this program?
http://www.webmd.com/content/article/95/103294.htm

I presently take 2 different meds to keep my blood presser under control.
Because of DM, doc wants to keep my BP under 120/75. I would rather not take
the meds if there is another way.

Hey Anon,

Have you tried relaxation or meditation?

The name says it all

another scam device for idiots who don't believe in taking meds.
a 9 point drop in systolic is meaningless,  You notice that they
didn't claim ANY drop in diastolic.  THAT would be meaningful.  Most
people can drop their systolic at least 10 points by relaxing., and
short term changes in the systolic, in general, are not too important

It is your diastolic which is much more important..

Now, if you are 200/ 80, it is your systolic you would worry about, nut,
191/80 won't help, just cost you $300
