Will, at what points/times did you test after eating this meal, and how
much did you have?

OK, you very demanding one ;-)

Admittedly, I got lazy. It was late (after 10:00 P.M.), and I did not
test, until the morning.... As you know, I hardly ever sleep,
anyway... And I hardly eat much, anyway, these days..... Fewer than
120 total carbs on any given day.... I really am trying...

It was really very good and very tasty, after all..... :-)

Well, when I did awake, it was only 88.... I thought that was
newsworthy... Most days, I am around 95-105. The other day, when I
relaxed a little and had some spinach ravioli, it was 121!

I'm sorry, but I really, really, do enjoy flavors of delicious, well
prepared gourmet food! Help, Pete... Save me!

I prefer to think of myself as *curious.*  Not that demanding is off the
mark...  ;-)

Hmmm, Susan

You may be on to something there.... flower child... Yep, that's me...
I really do like flowers, by the way....

That is a great Ethos, I might add....

Think I ought to adopt that moniker as an ID?... Flower Child ?

Might work. What do you think?

Pose, pose, pose.....  Sorry, I cannot show you me in swimsuit, with
garlands...... ;-) I was formerly a lifeguard in college, though....
:-) Hmmm. You've opened up a whole new world of possiblities,
Susan.... Thanks! Just gotta shape up, I guess....
