I love to cook, but I am a bit of a picky eater. Grew up in a
house where if my mom didn't like it, it didn't get cooked.
Anyway I have tons of recipes and looking for a site where I can
enter the ingredients and see what the nutrition information is
and what serving size would be.

One I use, although it takes a while to get used to it's
idiosyncrasies, is DWIDB.
It can be downloaded at http://www.walford.com/software.htm
I don't follow the related diet, just use the planner. It
can give some amazing detail on the full ingredients list,
including vitamins and minerals.

I looked at the link. Are you using the "demo" version?
Apparently you can't just buy the s/w -- I couldn't find the info on the
restrictedcalorie site either.

I'm using 2.075 from 2002, a freeby. Unfortunately, as I
haven't checked the site lately, maybe they've changed to
pay versions.

It's what I use and I'm pretty happy with it.
