I ave much less trust in studies than many people.
Over the years I worked for people that were
prolific publishers of many tummies.  So many were of
limited or no values.

One person told me he was evaluated on the number
of publications, not the value of the publication.

I have had people shove  a paper in my face to prove
that I was wrong.  The problem was that I had
supplied most of the material for the paper.
It is so easy to misuse "written" material".

If you approach all material as part of an overall
collective program you are much more likely to
have real facts.

I see a big problem with diet material especially
if it a money making deal.

It is your health you are putting on the line.

Use sources that have no interest in making
money.   They are more likely to be objective.
