The Inner Path to Weight Loss Part 3

In our last QA Weight Loss newsletter we explained EFT and how it's
used.  In this issue, and possibly several more, we'd like to start
giving you examples of how to apply EFT for weight loss.  If you missed
our last newsletter on how to use EFT, visit the QA Weight Loss Blog
and get caught up before reading this article.

This week's topic - Compulsive Overeating and Snacking

If you are having trouble controlling your urge to snack when you are
not hungry or find that you eat more than you should, try this:

Tap for 5 minutes 3 times a day on one of the following (Important
Note, write down any negative feelings / thoughts that come up while
tapping):

"Even if I never get over my addiction to snacks and lose the weight,
I deeply and completely love, accept and forgive myself"

"Even though I feel guilty when I snack, I deeply and completely
love, accept and forgive myself"

"Even though I am addicted to snacks, I deeply and completely love,
accept and forgive myself"

"Even though I can't control my urge to snack, I deeply and
completely love, accept and forgive myself"

"Even though I eat more than I should, I deeply and completely love,
accept and forgive myself"

You can also tap on specific 'weakness' points:

"Even though I can't say no to chocolate, I deeply and completely
love, accept and forgive myself"

"Even though I love to eat donuts, I deeply and completely love,
accept and forgive myself"

When done correctly, your emotional ties to snacking or overeating will
begin to weaken.  You will also find that you will gain control over
your cravings.  This control will naturally lead you to make smarter
food and snack choices.

If negative feelings / thoughts came up while you were tapping you can
also tap on them.  Here are some more examples:

"Even though I don't feel attractive I deeply and completely love,
accept and forgive myself"

"Even though I don't deserve to lose weight, I deeply and
completely love, accept and forgive myself"

"Even though I'll always be fat, I deeply and completely love,
accept and forgive myself"

For those of you that might be skeptical, we ask you:

1)    What have you got to lose ?  Is 15 minutes a day too much ?

2)    Tapping is a simple, painless, FREE, way to address emotional issues

Till we write to you again, we wish you all you deserve,

The QA Weight Loss Team.
