Are all fibre containing stuff carbohydrates?

i.e. if I look at psyllium husk, it contains 4g of
Carbs & 4 gs of dietary fibre - i..e net zero carbs?

Are there any food item which contains dietary
fibre but no carbs or fat?

They count fiber as a carbohydrate on labels but those of us who count
carbs usually do deduct it. So the pysllium husk is virtually zero carbs.

Xanthan gum and other food gums used as thickeners are also all fiber.

But I can't think of any "food" items that are all fiber.
