Funny how they only quoted the fat grams in the KK killer burger.
I can't imagine how a sliced KK glazed donut could hold a burger w/ fixing.

A 1000 calorie hamburger, with 45 grams of fat, with a bun made from a
GLAZED donut?
BLEEEAACCCH!!!! YUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm noted for being adventurous (or crazy) when it comes to trying
weird food combos, but even without the fat and carb issues, or any
nutritional issues, that thing sounds absolutely vile!!!!!

That sounds good to me and fairly low carb too. The KK original contains
less than 22 grams of carbs. That is a lot less than regular buns.

But the combination of that much fast acting carbohydrate plus a bunch
of fat IS guaranteed to deposit fat in your arteries.
Low carbing lets you eat fat if you keep your carbs way down, but the
more carbs the less fat you can eat.
No way is this health food. <g>

I feel my arteries closing just from reading about it. Truthfully,
though, I would like to have a bite just to say I tried it.
