Bloody brilliant Pete. Maybe I'd better revisit a.f.d:-)

Put it in context for us. What were your numbers when you
started this journey?

Hi Pete,

Maybe you ought to write a book. I know some people who would gladly
buy a copy.... You are an inspiration!

Isn't the LDL a little too low?

Cholesterol isn't something evil that should be totally
eliminated from the body - it performs a lot of very
important functions in the body

G'day G'day Peter,

Well done. No rare. <grin>

Oh, darn. Heck they are simply great results.

Watch that HgA1c.  Hg = mercury.
I suspect you mean Hb = haemoglobin.

There is a reason why they abbreviated it to A1c.  <grin>

For the heck of it I like to look at the triglyceride, TG in
relationship to the HDL.  Your HDL is good, especially for a bloke.

Chol = HDL + LDL + 0.2 x TG

128  = 53  + 53 + 0.2 x TG

I looks like the TG = 110

Are you sure your LDL = HDL. If so it is phenomenally good.

OK, let's calculate the TG:HDL ratio

TG:HDL = 110:53
      = 2.1  which again is exceptionally good.

Getting under three represents a major achievement for those using the
American system of units. For the those who use mmol/L the goal is
less than 1.3

Best wishes and double, nah, triple congratulations.
