I'm working through one of the cookbooks I picked up.
I made a nice vegetarian stir-fry tonight. The recipe is posted on A.F.D.
or at: http://www.bigoven.com/recipe160694.

I accompanied it with a brown rice and lentils (Pulao)
That recipe is posted also.

Enjoy !

Some minor corrections in the hindi names you have used.
(Corrections without prejudice :-) )

1) Bell Pepper - you have translated this into Capsicum
in Hindi, which is wrong. The Hindi word for Bell Pepper
is "Simla Mirchi" - Mirchi is a generic word for all chillies
or peppers. Capsicum is actually an English word.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capsicum

2) Mustard Seed - isn't raj. It's "Raai". Indian do not
pronouce "j" as "i" or 'y" - that's only in Latin America.

3) Cilanthro - you have translated this into Coriander in
Hindi - Coriander again is an English word - Cilanthro
is a Spanish word, actually.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coriander
And, even in English it's better to call it Coriander Leaves
to avoid confusion with Coriander Seeds.
The Hindi word is "Dhania".

Otherwise, great recipe & keep up the good work.
