Chung (the fake M.D.) says that his crap is NOT spam.

But, by definition, spam certainly includes: An inappropriate attempt to
use a mailing list, or USENET or other networked communications facility
as if it was a broadcast medium (which it is not) by sending the same
message to a large number of people who didn't ask for it.
One simple simple simple question ... "Why don't you start your own
newsgroup, Chung?" How about a STRAIGHT ANSWER instead of your typical
mumbo jumbo?

No chance he'll go away if you bug him enough. Your posts are just
more fodder for him. Just ignore him. Completely.
