You are welcome. The low point might be depending on if you were reactive
hypoglycemic before diabetes. And it might also depend on if you were in
glucose toxicity at the time. More info would be helpful.
I was hungry and put off eating for 3 hours, ate a can of chilli beans
(no meat), was ONLY 110 at 1 hour, then read 54 at 2 hours. I think I
will eat something lower carb like green beans when I first get hungry.
The same chilli beans used to spike me to about 140 1st hour. Never
have had any lows below 80 that I know of before, but I have to admit
that I have not tested in months before today, after keeping up
regularily testing since 1998.

I also think I will start checking my FBG, something I never needed to
do before because it used to always be about 110. Maybe that isnt true
anymore. I will figure it out. I will just TEST alot more, just like a
newbie, until it is solved.

How did you feel when you got to 54? Some people say that once they
get below 80 they feel hypo, others below 70 etc. I don't feel one
until I am under 60. A lot depends on how high a bg you are accustomed
to.
