I read a few of your posts on another news reader that doesn't have you
KF'd.  Reading them just reinforces why I choose not to respond to you.
You seem to be obsessed with me as far as I can tell, but then again I
only read the posts you made in the "bad news..." thread.

You crack me up with your childish comments about hiding behind skirts
and that Mary can't speak for herself.  she speaks for herself every
time she puts her fingers to the keyboard.  I don't find any value in
responding to a mentally unbalanced individual such as you.  Nor to
HiTherre (Bruce), or Mack.  All 3 of you are unworthy of my time.  As it
is, I'm wasting these few minutes to pen this post, but after reading
your nonsense, I just wanted to reiterate WHY I ignore you.  Have a
wonderful day, but do it without me!

What a coward this low-life scumbag is. He responds to me in a special
thread and then at the end brags that he is immediately going to KF me
again.

Mary, you are married to a coward and a very poor excuse for a human
being and certainly not a gentleman in any way. I will pray for you
dear lady.

The following information is given with the utmost respect
for the armed forces and civilians who have died in the
current war in Iraq. According to http://icasualties.org/oif/
The number of Americans killed in Iraq as of Feb. 22, 2006 is 2,288.
Americans wounded = 16,653
United Kingdom = 101
Other = 103
Iraqi deaths in excess of 30,000 - probably many more.

Today, February 25, 2006
It has been 1031 days since Bush declared,
"Mission Accomplished in Iraq."

Respond to a shameless name caller?  I've got you in the KF 24/7 on my
regular newsreader, but I can check on you any time I wish by going to a
different one.  Your baiting tactics are so transparent everyone reading
your tripe is aware of what you are doing, Grumpy.

Now go do your thing for your own entertainment.  Adios!

Tell you what I'm gonna do Dave.
If you will act more like a gentleman and treat others here and me
with respect I will do the same with you. And yes when and if RK does
choose to come back an apology from you would be a nice idea. Then how
she responds is entirely up to her.

In the meantime so long as you don't go after someone else like you
did Diana and RK we will get along just fine.

One of the favorite things preached in the church where Laurie and I
were married a little over twenty five years ago was, "What ever we
give will be returned to us tenfold." Perhaps it is time I gave that
a fair trial.

Good day and good luck,

You are right Dave. I apologize. Let's see if we can do better from
now forward.

I ain't perfect, thank God. I strive for progress, not perfection.

I find that I get tied up in these flame wars way too easily. In
face-to-face real life that would never happen. So why should it
happen here. Just too easy when you don't see the person you are
talking to.

I don't avoid the mirror at all.
In fact, since I shave not only my face but also my scalp I probably
look at the mirror a hell of lot more than you do.

BTW, what you have been doing here is commonly called trolling.
Have a wonderful day.

Remember what our grandmas used to tell us: If you can't say something
nice, don't say anything at all. That is why all of my reply to you
here is "nice".

Now then it is time to start our beef stew we are having for Sunday
dinner. Makes my mouth water just remembering how good it is by the
time we serve it, especially since Laurie puts cumin and chili powder
in it.

To bad you can't see past the illusion of yourself and not your real
reflection.

And this comes from someone who spends most of his time here ranting about
Bush Admin. or the war or taking shots at David or who ever. Let's see now,
when you do it you call it a debate, when eveyone else does it, you call it
trolling (hmmmmm  God Syndrome ?).

Something to remember when you are ranting again about politics or other
peoples views. I've seen you "dog" enough people.

listened.

As for my sigline: It will stay there until every American soldier has
come home. I have a very deep respect for our people under arms all

I am not trying to make a statement so much as put the numbers up so
everyone can see the true cost of this war.

A dear friend of ours has those same number posted in twelve inch
block letters in her front window for all to see that happen to pass
her house. I think what she and her hubby do takes a lot more courage
than me using it as a sigline.

Regardless of that, you have every right to disagree with me, but you

Then that is your problem - not mine.
I find it to be very respectful of the sacrifices they have made in
Iraq.

Where the heck were you when we had a lengthy discussion of my sigline
and many people in the ASD family came out in favor of it. Yes there
were some who didn't like it, but then Loretta has been through much
the same thing over her sigline. Finally, when people figured out that
she is not going to drop hers and that I am not about to drop mine
they quit arguing about it.

How is it a "political rant" in any way at all? It isn't.
Show me how it is one and I may take your opinion under advisement,

it? No.

stop reading. Now isn't that easy?

alt.politics.bush

You are always ranting about the Bush Admin. Once in awhile would be OK, but
with you its all the time. I've said it before and I'll say it again; "You
are just like Chung, you just are on another topic".
Just because you disagree with the war doesn't mean you have the right to
shove it down everyone elses throats all the time in ASD.

It's just very, very un-courteous to post it here in ASD. You aren't the

If it was that simple I would of done it long ago.

LOL!  My wife and I must have seen Austin Powers 1 and 2 about half a
dozen times.

Hello, Joe,

You are out of line.

Please stop.

You have attacked two very respected and admirable persons with rude and
unwarrented words. It is not good behavior. People may disagree about many
things but this kind of rude behavior is not acceptable among civilized
persons. We all have our trials and sickness. That ought to be enough to
bring us together in the struggle to keep as well as can be. We ought to
strive to be as helpful and thoughtful with each other as possible under
these difficult circumstances. Please do cease trying to drive away our good
friends who have stood by everyone and offered their heartfelt and sincere
support in every way. It is not appropriate, nor is it appreciated.

One might support the president or disapprove without being disagreable with
persons who are stalwart humans who support and approve all the sick who
come here for solace.

Breath deep. You have your life. Give back to others the grace they extend
to you. Be well in your body and your heart as you are able. So many of us
have such challenges as would make the stones of the earth weep. Please do
not add more weight to the burdens we bear with bickering and hateful
speech.

regards,
rudy

No! Chuck is out of line and his GF Mack, sees fit to alway mind my
business, so he gets what he deserves.

The day Chuck drops his disrespectful sig and his Bush-bashing *ALL* the
time. Last time I checked this was ASD not AP.

RESPECTED?  You must have low standards then, they don't even rank on my
respect scale.

I don't appreciate his kill calendar & political ranting.
I guess you need to talk to Chuck.

I'm here to work on my diabetes. Chuck is here to blow political smoke all
the time and degrade the troops with his kill calendar.

It's all in Chucks hands now. I guess the line has been drawn.

Maybe if you knew someone who was a tick on his tally sheet, you'd feel
different.
Remember, You alway have the option of using your KF.

you just keep making excuses about how it's all someone else's fault
why you can't post about diabetes.

Now if you want your own private forum, start one up.  Any 1st grader
can do it, why can't you?

I am sure that everyone will just flock to your group and stop posting

More dribble from the wannabe troll.
Seems when ever YOU appear Chuck disappears, what is that "tag-team
trolling".
You can't even troll on your own, you have to piggy-back off someones elses
troll.

Have a nice day

Sorry Dave for running off with your post. Chuck is a political moron and
has no social skills when it comes to NG's, actually the whole lot isn't
worth the effort. They(the click) will continue with their
Bush-bashing/war-mongering rants and disrupt the group in ASD from our goals
of controlling/ learning about diabetes which is sad. He must have achieved
non-diabetic numbers and doesn't need the groups help anymore. Oh well, I
will continue to spend more & more time in misc.health.diabetes since he
don't post there much, but I'm sure that will be short-lived too, trolls
work that way.

Yes Chuck this fits you to a T.
Trolls are people who have nothing better to do, or are sick enough to get
off on posting contoversial or sick posts aimed at getting as many responses
as possible from the irate people who see them.

Good luck!

Joe, you need not apologize for your posting to this thread. :)  You
can't use "chuck" and "social skills" in the same sentence, Joe. <g>
(something about mutually exclusive...)  I commend you for calling him
out for his bad behavior.  (Not that it'll reform him, but I know it
feels good!)
