I made Jambalya tonight with shrimp, crab, and sausage.
Served it over a small amount of brown rice. I'm not dead so far. =;)

Look for Cajun Jambalya on A.F.D.

Well, Pete

Not to upstage you, but Tricia, my much loved wiffy, made boneless
roast leg of lamb, tonight,  with new potatoes, and a heavenly Greek
salad tonight... which I enjoyed with a Bombay martini. The salad had
romaine lettuce, olives, cherry tomatoes, marinated mushrooms,
artichokes, red onions, and red wine vinegar, plus feta....

Seriously, you are a man after my own heart, Peter. You make
diabetes, well, more elevated and elegant. Please keep giving us your
really great and  inspirational ideas.

Thanks for everything,

Will, T2

I second that.  Thanks for the great inspiring recipes.  They make life
a little better even with the big D.
