This is probably old hat to you guys but i wish i'd had a look at this ten
years ago! What a goldmine of free information. Finally i can work out the
real contents of the food i want to eat without having to dig through
textbooks. I've just downloaded the access database off here and am going to
run my diet through it. I'm also going to try and write some scripts to run
recipes through it.

A lot of use it, especially when first learning about what we can and cannot
eat.  Glad you found it.  It's a great resource.

I have no excuse for not finding it before now, ignorance has always been
considered as bliss ....except when you finally get to grips with a disease
that isn't going to go away

That is one of the hardest parts of learning to deal with this.  The fact
that it won't go away.
This group has been a great help to me.
