As shucks, thanks.  A little older, a little wiser and still broke.  Can't
purchase the wisdom though so the rest doesn't matter.

Took the train to Chicago for the day on Sunday.  It was a gorgeous day
there.  Our good friend has his birthday today also so it was a double
celebration.  Tonight he's coming over for dinner and then we'll split
something sinfully sweet and chocolaty for desert.

Happy Belated Birthday. Welcome to the "prime of life club". It comes
after the "work hard and raise the kids" club and before the "one foot
in the grave" club.
Hope you had a great day.

Yeah, Sweetheart is 54.  He said 50 was hard but now he's getting used to
it.  Now, when he turns 60 he says he's going to be an old man.  I doubt it.
The guy is a life long 4 year old. ;>)

I am glad that you recovered from the shock and that you had a great
day, Colleen! Enjoy the entire year! Believe me, you will not even worry
about hitting 52 years "young" in Oct.of 2004.  It will be a very good year!

I think my mother had a harder time with it.  We decided that I'm really 45
which will put her back at 65.  She likes the sound of that much more.
