I made Roasted Pepper Pasta Sauce today along with some roasted garlic
pesto.
Served all three on low-carb (Dreamfield) linguini. It made a good looking
dinner and the taste was excellent.

The nutrition analysis doesn't include the pasta.
Sometimes the extra effort to make the dish LOOK good makes an otherwise
simple meal special.

Two hours after finishing this dinner and Inspector LeMeter says, "95" !!
This recipe seems to work well for me.

Pete that is really great. And it sounds delicious. Not that I am
going to make it, but I would order it in an Italian Restaurant.
