New recipe to try: Smoked Salmon Spread

Had some smoked salmon lurking in the freezer so I made up some low-carb
spread.
Served it on Wasa Rye Flatbread. It came to about 5 NetCarbs/ serving and
was very tasty

Lox is much saltier than other types of smoked salmon.

Pretty close. We actually smoke the entire fillet in out smoker here.
It's smoked a bit longer and isn't quite as moist at lox.

Lox is smoked cold.
Other types of smoked salmon are smoked hot.
