Your program is very useful for recording various medical conditions and
reports, but you have to manually enter the BG readings. You can't
download the Lifescan meters into it, which is kind of what the thread
is about in the first place. I use your program for the other things,
but I am not going to enter 4 - 5 readings plus carbs per day by hand
anymore. Been there, done that. That is the main thing I like about the
UltraSmart, and I would also consider another meter brand that allowed
me to do the same thing. I am in Canada as well, so I got the software
for free, and was able to talk them into waiving the charge for the cable.
By the way, thanks for fixing your web site, whether it was switching to
a different host, or just changing code. I used to have a heck of a time
trying to download the new versions using a non-M$ browser. It was
really annoying. Not anymore.

Hello again
Thanks for all the replies. And a big THANKS to Peter G. I have it
installed and running on my Computer.
Now I have another issue. I got the upgrade for Ver. 2.2 from the
LifeScan website and when I try to upgrade, I get an error that a file
is missing and basically uninstalls the program. I am able to reinstall
the 2.1 and it works fine again. Just wondering if this happened to
anyone else trying to upgrade to 2.2 and if they found a fix. And as
Gerry asked, is there a big difference in ver 2.2 and worth upgrading?
Thanks again for the replies and help
Danny
PS There was some kind of patch for an error message on the website,
used it and the same result
