Now that you mentioned eating Pete I seem to have missed a meal yesterday so
i weigh 136 this
AM down from 140. T-1 diabetes is weird and when you take insulin before
evrey meal it seemed that
i should miss supper as we ate at 2:30 PM yesterday and I wasn't hungry. I
was 144 when i took my Lantus at
8:00 pm so I ate a small snack because I have been know to drop during the
night.
My future wife cooked our first Thanksgiving turkey in Bangor ME in her
friends appartment in 1964. We got married Dec 11, 1964.
It will soon be time to go shopping so I am gone ! I hope everyone had a
nice Thanksgiving, it got up to 70 here in SC.

Thanksgiving you might be normal at the 1 hour :)
: I made roast duck (Cajun spiced), mixed veggies in Ginger sauce, and the Low

: Had some cranberry relish (made w/ Splenda) alongside. One glass of dry
: white wine as well.

defatted gravy (deliscious) greenn beans in a tomato, garlic, leom sauce,
green salad and pumlik pie with a not crust, made wit Splenda and an apple
cobbler (crust onl on top) sweetened with Splenda. the nice thing is tht
