I think that I deleted all the messages from this newsgroup. That isn't

Relax. You can't do that. What you did was delete them from your own
personal message viewer.

On the left side of the Outlook Express window, right click on
alt.support.diabetes, choose properties, local file, reset, OK. The next
time you open the group it should reload the messages.

Jeannette,
Go to tools...synchronize this news group.....check all messages...and
everything that is on this group will download. It will probably take a few
minutes to download.
