I was listening to the radio and they teased a story about a new way
to treat type-1 diabetics where they won't have to inject insulin any
more.
Then I MISSED the dang story!
Has anyone heard of any new way to deal with type-1 diabetes?
TIA

I saw part of it and they showed a guy injecting something in his veins
and said it would heal or cause the pancres to produce insulin. I
really liked the sound of it. The time table was not clear but as soon
as I see a written article I will post it and Diabetes Forecast stays
on top of these things.

If your talking abt the news clip that ran the other day in Ohio,
they mentioned someday the use of Islet Cell transplants from a
live donor.. must have been all of 15sec they bothered to spend
on it.
Besides, hanging around here, I already knew abt it, was old
news to me.
