Diabetes Bingo Prizes?

I am researching the challenges that people with diabetes face in
finding affordable meds and supplies for diabetes and Ive heard that
there was an article someplace about some churches, especally in the
south, where they have bingo night and the prizes are diabetes
self-management supplies.

Does anyone have a reference for this article or know more about this
topic?

Is it plain Bingo or the "Diabetes Food Pyramid Bingo" game that
Mendosa's site alludes to? I've seen it mentioned on a number of
sites.
