Today, i ended up going to the ER, my BG went up to 433 i decided i had
better go.  They reduced my prednisone from 60 to 40, gave me 8 units of
humalog and another breathing treatment.   The nurse told me to come back if
my BG gets up to 500, they think the reduction in the prednisone and, taking
the Glucotrol and Glucophage it should regulate..... WE shall see...

Take care

Would suggest you inform your primary doctor about your ER visit. S/he
will be the one to rely on to help keep you out of the hospital.

In Christ's love and service forevermore,

Andrew
