Hi..can anyone suggest me regarding my dental care that is seriously
suffered by the cabities and yellowness due to smoking????????/

  Hell, even I can answer that one even though I never spend a day in dental
school.

 Frequent trips to your dentist's office for cleaning, exam and treatment.  And
oh yes...stop smoking.
