I am trying to make a decision about my front teeth whether I want to
have an implant or a bridge and i am more leaning toward the implant.
I did a little bit of websearch. Cost for dental implant was quite
different. some offer ~$1000 per teeth and some offer >$3000. I am
very curious why it is so different.

The $1000 must be for just the crown over the implant.  Normal fee for the
entire treatment (work-up, stents, surgery, hardware, and crown) is normally
$3-4K
