One my my upper front teeth has a feeling now and again through the day as
if someone is pressing on it from the front or back. Can anyone tell me what
this might be - I suffer with bad sinus problems which I will be having an
op for within a few months, but I thought sinusitis didn't affect the front
teeth at all, or can it?

Rather non-specific symptom.  It is unlikely to be sinus-related, but
I'd never say never.  Are you aware of any habits such as chewing on
pencils, pens, etc.?  Are you aware of any looseness of the tooth?
How long has this been going on?  If more than a week or so, I'd have
your dentist check it for you.

Started about 3 weeks ago when I had a cold - then went away for about a
week and has now come back for the last few days. Seems there in the
morning, but then goes, comes back later in the afternoon.
