Rather non-specific symptom. It is unlikely to be sinus-related, but
I'd never say never. Are you aware of any habits such as chewing on
pencils, pens, etc.? Are you aware of any looseness of the tooth?
How long has this been going on? If more than a week or so, I'd have
your dentist check it for you.

Started about 3 weeks ago when I had a cold - then went away for about a
week and has now come back for the last few days. Seems there in the
morning, but then goes, comes back later in the afternoon.
