Not in my opinion. I rarely even have patients stop more powerful blood
thinners for an extraction. The risk of stroke, etc. carries a
greater threat than a little extra bleeding. Prolonged hemorrhage
could always need treatment, but it's pretty rare.

Thanks, thats good to know. Of course I meant to say 81mg, not 81g :)

Not even macro-dose aspirin. Warfarin? For extractions I'll speak to
the patient's physician first. Often even then esp. for single
extractions it's not a problem if I know about it beforehand.
