Abscess or not?

- Pain in what appears to be two teeth next to each other.
- Most pain when biting down teeth together or eating on that side.
- Face feels swollen.
- Gum is very sore and small lump there.
- Tooth feels 'raised up' (if that makes sense)

Abscess if very likely, based on your description.
