Anyone else received a bill for a service that they received and paid
in full?  My wife has.

Westown Dental
21675 Longview Dr
Waukesha WI 53186

I have now filed a complaint with the Wisconsin Department of Consumer
Protection and the Better Business Bureau of Wisconsin on this
matter.  I have submitted credit card statements that show the bill
was paid in full on May 29th of this year, but am still receiving
invoices from them this week saying it has not been paid in full.  How
do you convice a business that you paid them?  They acknowledge the
mistake but will not zero out our balance.

A statement was sent about a week after I posted this message.  It
only took a posting on a newsgroup and contacting the WI Department of
Consumer Protection, the BBB of WI, and Contact 6 (WITI Milwaukee's
consumer specialists).  All of this scared them into fixing a problem
that should have been resolved 7 months earlier.
