Speaking of orthodontics, does anyone know what a dentist can do to
strengthen his/her application for such a specialty?

It's been a while since I've been in school and my grades and board
scores weren't high. I'm open to all suggestions with the exception of
doing orthodontic fellowships and retaking the boards.

As much as I enjoy general dentistry, I can't seem to get out of this
low-end, Medicaid market and I'm on my, what, 15th percutaneous injury
with an HIV and Hep C source.
